Whole Body Pilates


We built the Whole Body Pilates series on contemporary movement science and creative programming.  Do you love a detailed workout? Do you want to cross-train other activities like running, cycling, ski-ing and weight training? The Whole Body Pilates series balances your core and prepares you for the rest of your activities!

In Level 1 you will cover:
  • the basic Pilates curriculum
  • functional movement skills
  • body weight exercises
  • breathing exercises 
  • and subtle core training to access your deepest trunk muscles 
With a focus on the whole body, you will gain strength and mobility from head to toe.

In Whole Body Pilates level 2 you will build on your experience to increase the pace and difficulty. Continuing the whole body focus, you will develop: 
  • the intermediate Pilates curriculum
  • more strength  
  • more flexibility
  • increased coordination 
  • more complex choreography and precision

Better Bones
​& BACKS

Correct movement or exercise is one of the things you can do to improve bone health. It leads to the awareness, strength and functionality to make safe movement choices in life and in the activities we want to be able to do for years to come. This class is designed for those living with osteoporosis, osteopenia and is safe for most back issues. Exercises are modified and adapted from the Pilates repertoire to meet the most current exercise guidelines from Osteoporosis Canada.

Simple movements done right can be challenging and effective. It takes time to build better bones. Why not start with a class?
