Better Bones

Correct movement or exercise is one of the things you can do to improve bone health. It leads to the awareness, strength and functionality to make safe movement choices in life and in the activities we want to be able to do for years to come. This class is designed for those living with osteoporosis, osteopenia and is safe for most back issues. Exercises are modified and adapted from the Pilates repertoire to meet the most current exercise guidelines from Osteoporosis Canada.
Simple movements done right can be challenging and effective. It takes time to build better bones. Why not start with a class? |
