Pilates cLASSICS 2.0

This drop in class goes through the classical repertoire, so get your Pilates body ready!
We will be following the same series of exercises each week for the season so you can really assess your progress and see how your abilities and body change over time. This class is intended for intermediate and advanced Pilates students. We explore the traditional exercises with attention to detail and technique, and add in some additional focus on all the planes of motion to bring in some contemporary movement science! This class will be flexion-heavy and is not appropriate if you cannot roll on your spine. |
