Body Sculpt

This intermediate level class is based on pilates and dance moves that will sculpt and strengthen your whole body, upper and lower! No pilates or dance experience necessary.

ROLL

RE-TRAIN

This class includes therapeutic self-massage techniques that release overburdened muscles and encourage deep mind-body relaxation before moving into a pilates class which incorporates the nuts & bolts of sound biomechanics while challenging your body from every conceivable angle.

SLOW SWEAT Pilates 

This class uses the language of Pilates to strengthen and mobilize your body for a deeper movement practice. With a focus on inner thighs, glutes, obliques, the core stabilizer muscles, and how they connect within the body, this functional movement experience will empower you to lean into your practice with an authenticity that only your body can create.This class is a delicious addition for all humans with movement practices of all kinds– boot camps, circuits, spinning, martial arts, (insert your style here) as the class will teach you the language of your body and how to yield it on and off the mat.
P.S. benefits off the mat may be experienced.

Pilates Progressions and Primers

If you’re feeling like you’re ready for a new challenge, have reached a plateau in your strengthening journey, or keep looking at an exercise and thinking “I’d love to do that, but am definitely not there just yet”, then this class is for you!
 
Using Restorative movements to warm up and prime your body to take on new and more complex sequences, we’ll be focusing on bridging the gap between foundational and more advanced Pilates exercises. With an awesome combo of body weight-based movements and exercises that integrate external resistance through props, this class will leave you feeling more grounded and stronger so that you can take on any new challenge with ease. It’s your awesome Intermediate or Level 1/2 class, with a twist!
 
Come and lean into the in-between – that space where some of your most substantial growth can happen!

The Feldenkrais Method®: Classes

PLEASE NOTE: we aren't currently offering Feldenkrais classes online during the lockdown)

(Please note that pre-registered sessions can be registered through the Boomerang website, but payment will go directly to your teacher. Please email sue@feldenkraistorontowest.com to set up payment!)
