Lunchtime, Let Loose Movement Break (50 Minutes) |
We know, that lunch break can float swiftly away when you spend it scarfing down food while intermittently checking your computer and/or phone to see whether that email you were expecting came in yet. So, why not schedule in some midday “YOU Time” so that you can come back from lunch refreshed and ready to take care of your clients and team?
This class for all levels will be online and office- and home office-friendly, so you can get your body moving no matter where you are and no matter what you are doing before and after class. Our bodies weren’t meant to sit stagnant – take advantage of this perfect opportunity to break up your work day and reset your body to make the most of your afternoon! |
LUNCHTIME REVIVE (50 minutes) |
Step away from your desk, put your phone down.
If you’re sitting all day, your body needs some attention. Take time to counterbalance the effects of sitting. Revive stiff, tired, achy muscles with functional movement. Wake up your core. Feel your bones fall into place. Go back to work energized and refreshed. This class for all levels will be online and office- and home office-friendly, so you can get your body moving no matter where you are and no matter what you are doing before and after class. |
