I have a passion for fusing Pilates and Yoga into an energizing workout focused on strength, life-long mobility, recovery and injury prevention. As someone who has struggled with joint and muscle pain, I know how powerful a balanced approach to functional training can be, especially when breathing practices are used to enhance movement, relax the mind, and shake off stress.
More than two decades after taking my first Pilates and Yoga classes and courses, I’m proud to have earned certifications as a STOTT PILATES® Instructor (in MATWORK, REFORMER & TOTAL BARRE®), as a RYT® 200 Yoga instructor, and as a Roll Model® Method Practitioner. I believe there is always room for personal and professional growth, and I am now working towards my RYT® 300 certification.
