Holy mother of fascia. From the first time her glutes felt the sweet glory of flying plank on the reformer in early 2015, Rachel knew she had found her soulmate– the functional movement kind.
As a hyper-mobile Yoga and spin junkie with neither core stability nor body awareness, and physical pains that worsened after each class, Pilates revealed itself to be the language her body was desperate to learn so she decided to build a habit.
Fast forward four years, numerous Yoga Tune-Up Balls, fascia workshops, eliminated lower back pain, and a full-body strength previously unknown, she decided to leap into a double certification for Mat and Reformer at Muse Movement in Toronto.
She returns to the world of Yoga to fuse her learnings into practical and empowering classes for those seeking to deepen their practice. Using anatomy-centric cueing she implores her students to transform their preconceived notions of what is possible.
